Hello!     Since SPIG is brand new, we thought we’d introduce ourselves (especially since June is National Dairy Month!)We are Milton Creamery, a family owned cheesemaker based out of Milton Iowa.     Milton Creamery is the result of a dream built in Southern Iowa over 15 years ago.  Our mission has always been to support small family farms, and we do that every day through making authentic cheese based on simple, traditional practices.  We believe this  improves lives, preserves traditions, and strengthens our community. From the very beginning, we have been adamant that all milk is sourced from local, small dairy farms within 30 miles of our facility.  This allows us to add value to the milk they provide, create jobs in rural Iowa and bring people a delicious cheese made with art and passion.
